📢You may have seen the news Friday, August 16th, that the Supreme Court blocked Biden’s attempt to dismantle Title IX. [Reference SCOTUS BLOG]
Please read this post in its entirety and share it. While it may be tempting to claim victory and ease up, please do not fall into a false sense of security.

WHAT THE SUPREME COURT RULING DOES NOT IMPACT:

• If your school or state supports allowing mentally ill men in women’s sports and private spaces, nothing will change. The Supreme Court's block DOES NOT ban the transgender agenda; it simply prevents it from becoming federal law.

• Schools in all 50 states continue to keep transgender secrets from parents through school counselors and Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Even if your state bans it, school counselors may still pursue this under the guise of “safety,” arguing that parents are abusive or unsafe if they disagree with the transgender agenda.

WHAT THE SUPREME COURT RULING IMPACTS

• If you live in a state that has already passed a law banning mentally ill men from women’s sports and private spaces in schools, the Supreme Court's block prevents a federal law that would have forced those states to comply with the transgender agenda.

• If you are part of a private school that accepts federal funding, grants, or vouchers, the Supreme Court's block prevents those schools from being forced to comply with the transgender agenda.

• If you have a strong school board or leadership that has banned mentally men from women’s sports and private spaces, the Supreme Court's block prevents federal enforcement of the transgender agenda in those schools.
