There are etiquette rules. First and foremost, no full-force slaps are allowed. It’s for comedic effect, not a workplace brawl. Always aim for the shoulder, or if your co-worker agrees to be a willing victim, a gentle cheek pat will do. Remember, it's all in good fun.
Keep in mind there's the "Slap-Karma Clause." Be prepared for retaliation; after all, this is a two-way street. So, if you deliver a slap, you should be ready to receive one in return. Keep your guard up and your reflexes sharp!
